Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Return Procedure

3. Conditions for Returns

● The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

● All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the item(s).

● We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] from the date we receive the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange

8. Bespoke Commissions

Please note that returns are not accepted for bespoke commissions. Due to the customized nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item(s) arrive damaged or defective.
